Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Kossak, with a prime location along the river offering amazing views of Wawel Castle. The friendly staff went above and beyond, making my experience even more enjoyable. although I did notice some areas for improvement in the restaurant service during busy hours. Overall, it was a good getaway that I would love to repeat.
My stay at Hotel Kossak was quite pleasant overall. The location next to the river and just a short walk from significant sites like Wawel Castle and the Market Square made exploring Krakow so easy. The room I had was comfortable and spacious, but the breakfast experience was hit or miss. At times, I found myself waiting for tables and hot food during the last breakfast hour. Still, the friendly staff and the lovely decor added to the charm of this hotel.
I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Kossak! The location is superb for exploring Krakow, just a short stroll from major attractions. The rooftop views are amazing, especially at night, but I found the beds a bit too soft for my liking. Overall, the staff's attentiveness and the quality of the breakfast really stood out for me.
My stay at Hotel Kossak was overall good, highlighted by the stunning views and great location. The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to assist, making me feel very welcomed. However, I did face some issues with the TV and the mini fridge, which slightly detracted from the experience.
I had an very nice stay at Hotel Kossak, truly surpassing my expectations. The room was modern and immaculate, with stunning views of the river and castle. While the breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, the rooftop dining area could be better in terms of table availability. Overall, the staff made me feel welcome and were attentive throughout my visit.
